Meditation is a natural state that we have lost. We are all born with this meditative state but we quickly lose it when we learn to think, calculate, reason and develop our own personality. Little by little, we lose contact with our innocence and the magic of the present moment. All we have to do to rediscover this precious space is not to identify with our thoughts, emotions and personality but Meditation enables us to recognise our true nature.
